**About the role**:
In this role, you will be working with an award winning team supporting the Corporate Communications branch with the development and execution of external communications strategies, brand campaigns and stakeholder and community engagement activities. You will help to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and assist in the delivery of stakeholder and community engagement activities, including organising events, providing administrative support for meetings and briefings, creating content as required and preparing reports and summaries.

This is a key role in upholding Endeavour Energy's reputation, ensuring the brand and messaging are consistently represented across all external communication channels.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- ** Strategic Support**: Assist in developing and implementing communications strategies aligned with organisational priorities.
- ** Content Creation**: Contribute to speeches, videos, media releases, newsletters, social media, Ministerial briefings, and other materials.
- ** Event Coordination**: Support planning and logistics for corporate events and launches.
- ** Brand Management**: Ensure communications align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- ** Stakeholder & Community Engagement**: Support engagement activities, manage records, provide admin support for meetings, and act as a point of contact for the community and partners.
- ** Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare reports and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and engagement.
- ** Administrative Support**: Handle scheduling, record-keeping, and general team admin tasks.
- ** Issues Management**: Assist in developing communication materials for issues and crisis response.
- ** Media & Social Media**: Monitor and update channels as needed in team members' absence.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree qualifications in a Communications, Marketing or a Business-related discipline

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical content for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrates critical thinking, sound judgment, and active listening.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams, stakeholders, community partners, media, and customers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget, with strong planning and attention to detail.
- Capable of conducting research, evaluating communication strategies, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experienced with key digital platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, X, TikTok), while staying current with emerging tech and trends.
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong stakeholder and partner relationships.
