Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
Enterprise Project Manager
to join our team. As an Enterprise Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project success through ownership, driving, communication, and engagement with stakeholders.
You will own and drive projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered within schedule, scope, cost, budget, and resource expectations. You will also identify key technical and project risks and issues, and implement mitigating actions.
A strong customer focus is essential, as you will work with all key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. You will conduct regular status meetings and business reviews with customers, provide direction when needed, and manage the delivery schedule of critical third-party deliverables.
This role entails:
Ensuring programs and projects are delivered within the schedule, scope, cost, budget, and resources expectations
Identifying key technical and project risks and issues and actively put mitigating actions in place
Maintaining strong customer focus and working with all key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Conducting regular status meetings and business reviews with customers and providing direction when needed
Managing the delivery schedule of critical third-party deliverables for the project

Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Team leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)
Agile Project Management certification (Scrum Master or equivalent)
Experience leading cross-cultural, remote, and global project teams and customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Deep understanding of Linux, Open Source, and Cloud Technologies
