**About the role**:
The role of the Platform Delivery Manager - Collaboration is accountable for the collective delivery activity within the suite of Collaboration Platforms (inc. Office 365, MS exchange, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, Telephony/Genesys and AV) and across other Platforms to deliver the Platform Plan.

Working closely with the Executive Manager - End User Platforms, you will plan for and deliver outcomes, and manage the backlog at the Platform level, taking responsibility for managing work, pipeline planning and delivery across Squads.

You will work with Product Owners to prioritise and refine their backlogs into meaningful missions and objectives to drive high performance and co-ordinate interdependencies between Squads that report to them.

The Platform Delivery Manager is also accountable for effective platform management activities including identifying and managing risks, technology contract initiation and performance, platform lifecycle management and budgets management.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a new industry framework using the Momentum model - an evolution of Agile. As Suncorp is at the beginning of our Momentum journey you will be fundamental in helping to build this new delivery model within the EUP space.

**What you'll do**:

- Co-ordinates delivery across all squads in a platform. This will require the balancing of time constraints, scope management, risk management and quality adherence to deliver key benefit targets. Key activities include:

- Maintains roadmap and quarterly planning
- Supports work breakdown and delivery planning
- Maintains delivery plans to ensure outcomes are delivered
- Support pipeline and prioritization of all initiatives
- Responsible for maintaining delivery plan to ensure outcomes are delivered. Co-ordinates individual Squad plans into building a single Platform Plan
- Organises change work, responsible for front line engagement and accountable for user interactions
- Accountability for the asset
- Status reporting and tracking from beginning to end.
- Developing a view of the risks (delivery and delivered), issues, and dependencies, including escalation as required.
- Performs Platform governance and risks
- Support financial reporting, and budget monitoring
- Support technology provider contract performance and governance
- Communicating and embodying Momentum mindsets

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience managing or delivering core collaboration platforms, such as Office 365, MS Exchange, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, Telephony/Genesys and AV)
- 5+ years project manager/delivery manager experience across a diverse range of domains and processes, knowledge of project management disciplines - PMBOK, Agile etc
- 5+ years in Technology Management, demonstrable ability to work closely with the business including managing contracts, identifying and managing risk, lifecycle management etc
- Excellent stakeholder engagement ranging from C-suite through to the project team, ability to build successful business relationships at all levels
- Experience within Financial Services would be beneficial but is not essential.
