**Daily Responsibilities**
- Inspects and reassembles equipment sanitised previous night. Reworks display case and rotates merchandise.
- Takes large trays of Styrofoam packaged meat from large wheeled rack and places individual packages into automatic wrapping machine. Follows safety and security procedures.
- Labels merchandise and puts wrapped and labelled merchandise in display case.
- Operates meat grinder. Follows proper department productionprocedures and standards for quality and consistency of finished merchandise.
- Cleans and sanitises area throughout the day. Performs duties to comply with health code. Performs routine maintenance for machinery, equipment and impliments.
- Follows Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) guidlines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position. Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety Certification, and all safety training required by warehouse and Meat Department.
- Assits in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
- Provides and ensures prompt and courteous customer service to members, employess and vendors.

Unselfishly serves others and assists members, employees and vnedors in a prompt and effective manner while following company procedures.
