**Role**: Ageing Support - Trainer and Assessor

**Job type**: Contractual

**Location**: Bankstown, NSW

**Salary**: $50-$70 per hour

**What We Are Looking For**:
Our company is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). They are looking for qualified Trainer and Assessor for Ageing Support. To be a successful trainer, you will need to have an in-depth knowledge of Ageing Support and a passion for mentioning and passing on your knowledge to the next generations. Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using their extensive knowledge, past experience, and examples guided by comprehensive learning materials. Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs.

**Qualifications and other requirements**:

- Hold CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
- TAE is preffered or willing to get one
- Experience in training, teaching, or lecturing is desirable.
- Be able to demonstrate trainer matrix relevant to the course
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of current industry standards and practices
- Confidence and motivation to deliver first-class face-to-face education.
- Sensitivity and the ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgrounds

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Ageing Support: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support (preferred)
- TAE (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
