We all know how crucial it is to prioritize our well-being, particularly as we age. Active ageing has been identified as a key focus area within Residential Care, aimed at maintaining residents' health and ensuring they enjoy a high quality of life.

Our volunteers play an invaluable role in supporting our residents' journey towards healthy ageing. Your involvement could encompass:

  • Participating in activities held within our on-site gyms
  • Assisting with wheelchair use to help residents move safely to and from the gym
  • Collaborating with our Health and Wellness Promoter to deliver programs and services

No matter how much time you can dedicate, whether it's a few days a week or a few hours a month, your contributions will make a tangible difference in the lives of our residents.
