**The Opportunity**
The Account Manager should be both agency/internal and client focused, building strong, trusted relationships. Whilst the level of client contact should be high, most of the time there will be a Business Director there to help oversee, lead and drive accounts in the right direction too. It's very much a joint effort, with shared and distinct responsibilities across the two roles.
The critical component of the role is to ensure the efficient day-to-day management of your accounts and delivering exceptional work. The Business Director will be there to support strategically, provide guidance on trickier situations and ultimately higher-level conversations, however, it's still expected that the Account Manager is that crucial link between agency and client, and that the foundations of the relationship are established there.
**What are the key responsibilities?**
- Is competent in all the responsibilities of an Account Executive and may need to perform these responsibilities at times (when team structure does not cater for that role)
- Day-to-day management of accounts
- Be trusted by our clients to deliver to the highest level of quality that meets their objectives
- Ability to lead projects from beginning to end with confidence, and request support as needed
- Exhibit financial awareness by ensuring projects are estimated correctly and delivered within budget
**What you can bring**:
- 2+ years advertising agency experience
- An interest in digital
- Good oral and written communication and skills
- Good financial, organisational and presentation skills
- A can-do attitude, with a flexible and adaptable approach
