**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulatory environment including HEIMS, ESOS Act, National Code, and any other regulatory frameworks that may apply.
- Ensure compliance with specific requirement of professional accreditation bodies in Psychology, Counselling and Social Work or other as required.
- Compile and process Graduation reporting, ensuring eligible students are assessed as having completed their courses, approved by the Academic Board and subsequently included in the Graduation Ceremonies.
- Production of testamurs, and statement of results required as part of the Graduation process, as well as ad hoc when requested by students.

**Qualifications**:
**In addition to a student-first approach, it is essential you can demonstrate**:

- You put the student first and it is demonstrated. You create an environment which supports excellent student experiences.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (for example Communication, Management, Business or Social Science) or equivalent experience
- Practical experience in a service and student facing role within a tertiary education environment or similar distributed service environment
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to consult and liaise with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated ability to relate well to students, liaise with staff within the Colleges and external stakeholders
- Experience with My eQuals will be considered an advantage, but is not essential
