Reporting to our Senior Finance Director, APAC, you will enjoy this commercially focused role where you will implement a pricing excellence framework to increase the long-term value of our products and services.
You will be joining a large, APAC Finance HQ team where you will enjoy flexible, hybrid work options and an industry that makes a positive impact to animal health outcomes for vets and our pets.ResponsibilitiesLeading pricing strategy and implementation across our full product portfolio while keeping up to date on pricing and market trends.Supporting the implementation of pricing enablers (i.e. market segmentation).
Identification of margin leakage root causes.Examining current sales and marketing approaches and propose price targetsReview, modelling, implementation and monitoring of pricing process.Leading monthly pricing steering committees to ensure leadership awareness and input on projects, key pricing decisions, and monitoring of KPI's.Conducting data analysis to identify insights and to prepare forecasting scenarios.Coaching various teams on pricing best practice.Maintenance and management of analytics tools to drive data-driven commercial decision making.QualificationsMinimum 5 years' experience in a similar pricing role within a large, corporate environment.Strong business analysis skills and experience in data management and analysis.Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Economics and/or Marketing.Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing various pricing strategies (including dynamic and value-based pricing).
