Key Responsibilities:
Develop compelling customer proposals and critically review them.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer business and technical requirements are met.
Quantify business problems, position business value, and identify proposed solution strengths and weaknesses.
Provide input to address IT trends, requirements, gaps, or unmet needs across global business units.
Translate outcome-based solutions into functional design that aligns with customer business needs.
Communicate how solution value propositions addresses customer business needs.
Track leading-edge and emerging technologies.
Contribute to industry development through conferences, demos, and industry events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Award-winning expertise in developing customer proposals and managing stakeholder expectations.
Ability to quantify business problems, position business value, and identify proposed solution strengths and weaknesses.
Skill in providing input to address IT trends, requirements, gaps, or unmet needs.
Strong ability to translate outcome-based solutions into functional design and communicate solution value propositions.
Excellent track record of tracking leading-edge and emerging technologies.
