**About the Company**
Our large NSW State Government client delivers insurance and care services to the community of NSW. Whether a person is severely injured in the workplace or on our roads, they support their long-term care needs to improve quality of life outcomes, including helping people return to work.

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join their team in Sydney CBD, 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. This is an estimated 6month temp assignment with a potential to extend

Acting as the face of the business, you will be required to provide exceptional frontline service and support from reception, regional services, visitor management, meeting room administration and general office support to enable the achievement of core operational outcomes

In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties
- Meet and greet visitors, delivering high level, professional frontline customer service
- Act as first point of contact, triaging telephone calls
- Answering enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Resolution of customer complaints, escalating when required
- Inbox management
- Preparing and formatting documentation and reports
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms including arranging equipment, catering and overall presentation
- Manage and maintain mail distribution including courier bookings/deliveries
- Ordering stationery and maintaining office equipment
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage visitor and security access including inductions
- Maintenance of registers
- Provide a wide range of administrative support services
- Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Ensure a clean, tidy and presentable work environment
- Adhere to Departmental policies and procedures

**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following
- Minimum 1 years Corporate Reception experience
- Warm, welcoming and professional demeanour with immaculate presentation
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Takes initiative, with a strong team and task focus
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Capacity to spend prolonged periods of time standing and manual tasks
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence the assignment almost immediately and commit to the duration
