Demand Planner

This Demand Planner will be responsible for creating the best estimate of future demand volumes over a 1-24 month horizon in collaboration with sales, customer solutions and marketing groups, through statistical forecasting, market share and intelligence, pipeline and major project inputs.

**WHAT YOU NEED;**
- A minimum of three years professional experience in key facets of supply chain management including:
customer service, inventory, freight, warehousing, planning, procurement, distribution, etc. pref within a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience of time series demand and replenishment forecasting.
- Numerate and systems literate with the ability to manage large amounts of data analysis.
- Good planning and organising skills, combined with strong attention to detail.
- A team player, able to effectively influence and communicate cross functionally to a senior level.
- Able to meet deadlines with quality output.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Innovative thinking and problem solving.
- Analytical thinking and information seeking.
- Deep building materials knowledge & customer/market buying behaviour / patterns (halo and cannibalisation effects)
- Demonstrated experience in Advanced Planning Systems
