The Role
Reporting to the Coordinator, Customer Experience and based in Windsor, this fast-paced position is located within the Customer Service Centre, where the team manages a high volume of internal and external enquiries across telephone, email, and face-to-face channels, while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience to all stakeholders.
About You
You will be a highly motivated individual who has excellent interpersonal skills.
You are results orientated and have a flexible approach to problem solving.
You will be adept at building and maintaining collaborative relationships and will have a demonstrated background in a Customer Service Centre environment and providing excellent customer service.
Essential Criteria
TAFE / Business College Certificate in Business Administration or Customer Service or extensive customer service experience
Previous Customer Service Call Centre experience
Touch typing data entry experience
Demonstrated administration skills using MS Office applications
Previous experience cashiering, including end of day reconciliations
Ability to understand and interpret maps and plans
Demonstrated history of effective and efficient management of customer complaints
Demonstrated competence interacting and working with stakeholders at all levels to deliver outcomes
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
The right to live and work in Australia
Successful applicants will be required to undergo background (police) checks and medical declaration
