Our client is a dedicated and impactful non-for-profit organisation that operates across Australia. They strive to make a positive difference in the lives of Australian's who need healthcare support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research to identify prospective trust, foundation, and institutional donors whose funding priorities align with our organization's mission and objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy tailored to engage and solicit support from potential funders.
- Collaborate closely with program staff to gather relevant data, stories, and evidence to support grant proposals and reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with funders, grant submissions, and funding outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze trends in trust and foundation funding to identify new opportunities and adapt fundraising strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, or equivalent work experience working in a Trusts, Foundations or Fundraising role.
- Proven track record of successfully securing funding from trusts, foundations, and institutional donors, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and tailored proposals that resonate with funders' priorities.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify funding opportunities and assess their suitability for our organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders.
