**About the role**:
The People & Culture (P&C) Performance and Development Advisor at TeamKids is a crucial role responsible for supporting and providing guidance to Head Office and the Operations team on employee performance management.

This role will also play a vital role in supporting attraction and retention projects, facilitating employee onboarding, and training new employees.

Reporting to the Senior P&C Business Partner, P&C Performance and Development Advisor is responsible for providing accurate and timely HR advice to managers across a range of HR functions, including the Workplace Health and Safety needs of the workforce and compliance.

- Workplace Health & Safety
- Traineeships and VISA Management
- General Administration and Additional Tasks

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in employee performance management and development.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate training sessions and deliver presentations effectively.
