About us

Auvers Darling Square, a unique restaurant/café and bar trading 7 days & nights per week, located in Haymarket, is looking for a friendly and dynamic wait staff (Al rounders). Auvers focuses on the finer details and every product we deliver, is carefully made with passion and art to deliver great customers experience.

We are currently looking for highly motivated and experienced Wait Staff, Runners, Host to join our passionate and close-knit team.

**Wait staff**

Skills & Experience:

- Passion to provide exceptional customer service
- Thrives under pressure whilst maintaining the highest level of service
- A La Carte and function experience which must include 3 plate carry, tray service and handling large volumes of tables
- POS experience an advantage
- Impeccable presentation, grooming and communication standards
- Ability to multi task and work well in a fast paced, high volume establishment
- Current RSA Certificate and valid working rights in Australia.

**Host**

Skills & Experience:

- A minimum of 1 years' experience in guest services within the restaurant
- Experience in function booking and coordination and cash handling
- Resdiary Experience an advantage
- Previous experience in an A La Carte environment an advantage
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Current RSA Certificate and valid working rights in Australia.

**Runner**

Skills & Experience:

- Experience as a Food Expeditor or similar entry-level role in a restaurant
- A La Carte and function experience which must include 3 plate carry, tray service and handling large volumes of table
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules and Multi-tasking abilities
- Good communication skills
- Current RSA Certificate and valid working rights in Australia.
