**What You'll Do**:

- Keep our café humming every day smooth operations, amazing coffee, and happy customers
- Lead, train and inspire our crew to deliver outstanding service and share our coffee passion
- Manage orders, stock and supplier relationships
- Bring fresh ideas to keep our café vibrant and our community growing
- Maintain our high standards of quality, food safety, and café cleanliness

**Who You Are**:

- You've managed a café or busy hospo venue before and you love it, bonus points if you have years as a head barista behind you.
- You're a people person you make staff and customers feel welcome and valued
- You're genuinely passionate about specialty coffee, you know your beans and love a good chat about brew methods and flavour profiles
- You're organised, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You lead by example rolling up your sleeves, backing up your team is second nature
