This modern and beautifully fitted-out pharmacy is located in a Brisbane bayside suburb. Offering a family-friendly atmosphere, the pharmacy caters to a diverse community with a strong emphasis on professional health services.
Responsibilities
As the experienced Pharmacist Dispensary Manager, you'll take the lead in overseeing dispensary operations in a forward dispense model pharmacy. With consult rooms in place and a well-structured workflow, this role supports a streamlined service model ensuring minimal wait times for customers.
You'll work alongside a highly experienced team of Pharmacists, Dispensary Technicians, and Support Staff. The pharmacy encourages professional development, particularly around Full Scope practice, with current pharmacists already undergoing training and opportunities available for you to do the same if you haven't already completed this.
Typical weekly hours average 42, with a flexible fortnightly roster providing every second weekend off. This is a proposed roster which provides a long weekend each fortnight, but there is flexibility around this.
Week 1: Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 7pm
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, plus Saturday (8am-4pm) and Sunday (9am-1pm)
Qualifications
AHPRA registered Pharmacist.
Experience or interest in Full Scope of Practice (support provided for training with owner currently completing the study and another Pharmacist already having gone through it).
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Commitment to delivering exceptional professional services including vaccinations.
Familiarity with Fred and Rowa dispensing systems preferred but not essential.
Salary & Benefits
60 / hr Monday to Friday (negotiable).
72.50 / hr Saturday.
85 / hr Sunday.
Superannuation and full permanent entitlements.
Supportive team of 24 staff, including 3-4 pharmacists on weekdays.
