Are you passionate about Food & Beverage and ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Head Waiter to join our team at The Fresh Collective Melbourne.

Our venues are open 7 days a week from 9am-4pm on weekdays and 9am to 430pm on weekends.

The Fresh Collective has a reputation for crafting exceptional experiences with premium food and beverages in iconic venues throughout Australia such as Southbank Theatre, The Art Gallery of NSW, The Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney Theatre Company, Government House, Waters Edge Brisbane and The Queensland Museum. As a Gold Licensed caterer, Fresh delivers a range of experiences to suit any brief from intimate dinners, corporate conferences, cocktail events and grand banquet feasts.

**About The Role**
- Located in Carlton
- Enjoy working with high-end clientele
- Lead a team of waitstaff of a lower grade
- Work in one of the most iconic venues in Melbourne

**About You**
- 1 - 2 years experience in a busy high end a la carte restaurant / bistro
- Able to carry 3 + plates
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Valid VIC RSA (competency card) & Working With Children Check
