Reporting to: Corporate Finance Manager.

Fundamental roles and responsibilities which are inherent to the position:

- Keeping track of all invoices, approvals, payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Maintaining historical records.
- Verifying expense reports and prepare cost coding.
- Paying vendors by scheduling wires and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
- Continuing to improve the payment process.
- Assist in maintaining cash forecast model.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed and requested by Director of the Department or Senior Accountant.
