As a Manager in our Melbourne team, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive the business.
Working with our Directors and Partners, you will be responsible for leading the team and delivering to clients while managing workflow and growing the business.
You will also oversee the performance, careers, and development of a talented staff group.Some of the key responsibilities of our managers include:Supporting Partners and Directors in managing and delivering complex client engagements across a diverse portfolio of successful private entities, including high net worth individuals, start-ups, and family groups.Collaborating with clients to understand their complete business needs, focusing on providing impactful and meaningful solutions.
Taking leadership roles within engagements and client accounts, and maintaining and building relationships at a senior level (with support).
Managing the workflow and productivity of your team, fostering a high-performance and client-centric environment.Being a role model who inspires others to embrace and live our purpose and values.

You will also possess the following skills and attributes:Prior experience advising private clients within a Big 4 or mid-tier firmA strong client focus to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and engagements simultaneouslyExcellent communication and presentation skillsProven experience in building and leading high-performing teams with a service excellence approachRelevant CA qualification or equivalent is essential
