We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our Private Tax team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of entrepreneurial start-up businesses, established private businesses, high net worth individuals, and families.
This role is based in Melbourne, and our team offers flexible work arrangements, including reduced hours. We'd love to discuss potential options with you.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of diverse growth clients, including privately owned corporate groups, privately owned businesses, high net worth families, trusts, and other privately owned entities.
- Oversee tax compliance, financial statements, planning, and assist on advisory services for extensive client groups featuring diverse entity types such as trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals.
- Work directly with Partners and senior Tax specialists in delivering advice to privately owned corporate groups, high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, and their owners on intricate tax matters.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in Tax Consulting, ideally in a top-tier or second-tier accounting firm or legal firm. You should have advanced tax technical knowledge relevant to corporate groups, individuals, or trusts.
Requirements:- Experience managing junior staff and their development.

- Excellent client-facing skills with the confidence to lead client meetings and build a network.
