Seeking a Desktop Support Analyst with experience within the Health domain who is available to start within the next two weeks.

AC3 is currently working with a well known NSW Government Agency who are looking for a Desktop Application Support Analyst for an initial 3 month contract.

You will be the first point of contact and provide 1-2 level Application Support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot issues related to Systems, Applications, Software, Hardware or Networking
- Maintaining continuous communication with clients at stages of the process
- Perform user account administration maintaining user access in the various Systems and Software
- Work on a broad range of technologies such as Windows OS, Office 365, Mac OS, IOS & Android, routers, switches, wifi, etc.
- Adhere to SLAs with a strong customer focus

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years working in IT Support role
- Experience with ticketing system such as ServiceNow
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with issues resolution focus
- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Available to start ASAP
