The Inspirations Paint store at Jimboomba is looking for an enthusiastic Delivery Driver/Paint Sales Assistant. This role is suited for a recent school gradute/junior.

We are offering a casual role, with 15-25 hours rostered per week.

This position is available for immediate start and will include ongoing industry leading training, award wages and a uniform. Store hours are between 6:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:00pm Friday and Saturday 8:00am to 11:00am. The store is not open on Sundays or public holidays.

As the paint industry is a specialised industry, we will provide the relevant training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to undertake the role.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Deliver and unload orders to customers on assigned routes efficiently ensuring the Company meets customer needs
- Maintain and manage deliveries to the store and unload orders promptly and safely, accurately goods receipting and storing those appropriately
- Pack and load products in the Company vehicle according to the company's specifications
- Maintain ongoing communication with the store and customers regarding deliveries
- Practice safe and correct manual handling
- Store presentation, stock management, housekeeping
- Ensuring Workplace Health & Safety requirements are met
- Tinting and mixing paint
- Providing exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customers
- This role involves frequent heavy lifting and carrying, and some lifting over 23kgs

**Experience / Attributes**
- Well presented both in appearance and communication
- Able to contribute and work in a team environment
- A willingness to learn and continually improve
- Honest, reliable and punctual
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to load and unload with safety guidelines
- Current valid drivers licence is essential
