About the RoleAs a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to maintain and enhance green spaces across various contracts from Ipswich to Brisbane.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.Lead a teamOperate various mowing equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain and perform regular inspections on equipmentEnsure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standardComplete service requests as requiredAdhere to safety protocols and proceduresBenefitsMonday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finishCompetitive hourly rateUniform and PPE suppliedVehicle and fuel card suppliedOngoing safety training programs and resources availableFrequent free team social eventsCareer progression pathwaysPossibility of overtime in warmer monthsWhat are we looking for?
Previous experience in Gardening using push and ride on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control and sprayingValid Manual Drivers LicenceWhite CardAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individuallyBe punctual and reliableWillingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter monthsStrong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standardsOur Team & CultureWe embrace and celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion.
