And really just because we're AWESOME What you'll do:Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindsetDrive sales on every shift - smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagementUnderstand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeedTake pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all timesOwn your space
Be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game
Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safeTake the opporunitites to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needsWhat you've got:Uniqueness and a passion for funEnergy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it
Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapportA love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adultsGreat availability, must be available on weekends and nightsA valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them
