Fitness Superstar needed to join our Boutique Health & Fitness Studio, based in Sunshine/ Albion VIC.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right applicant to join our team of motivated, super friendly and supportive individuals.

We pride ourselves on providing amazing customer service, challenging training sessions and an abundance of care and support to our members to help them achieve their health & fitness goals.

**What we are looking for in a Trainer**:

- A genuine love of fitness or have a sporting background and a passion in assisting our members to achieve their health & fitness goals.
- The knowledge and ability to take 1on1 personal training sessions and conduct Small Group Training Sessions, popular classes such as HIIT, Tabata, Bootcamp, Functional Training and alike.
- Must be a people person who can provide outstanding client service.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- A desire for continual learning and improvement
- Must be on time...Always.
- Must love beats and come up with amazing playlists.

**The successful applicant must have**:

- Certificate III & IV in Fitness (ideally IV)
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Public Liability insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Current Registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia (or alike)
- A minimum of 1 Year working within the Fitness industry is preferred. We will also mentor and educate the right applicant to succeed and grow within our company.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
