**Opportunities are now available for an enthusiastic and motivated Knife Hand (Seafood) to join our Processing Team at Canning Vale site on a Full-time, Permanent basis.**

The business employs over 300+ fantastic people with a humble/inclusive culture. We provide over 30,000 tonnes of seafood annually to leading foodservice operators and major supermarkets.

Our brands include, KB Seafood Co, Just Caught Frozen Seafood, KB's, and we have over 2,700 active products in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deheading, Portioning and Trimming of Seafood in a wet and cold environment
- Working to a high standard of Safe Food handling practices
- Assisting the processing team in activities across the production area
- Any other duties necessary to ensure the responsibilities of the role.

**About You**:
You will have:

- Flexible hands-on work attitude and a good level of physical fitness.
- Ability to work well in a team environment in cold temperatures.
- Previous Experience in the food industry, such as seafood, meat, or poultry will be highly regarded.
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Good Communication Skills
- Sound understanding of all WHS protocols.
