**YOUR ROLE**

We are looking for an Assistant to join our team on a max term basis. You will support and coordinate two executive managers, as well as provide a very high level of administration.

This role would suit a team assistant who is looking to progress their career or someone who has solid organisational and relationship building skills looking to gain exposure in another role.

The role will start as a 6 month max term contract with the opportunity to move into similar positions within IAG once your contract is finished.

- Strong computer literacy (essential)
- Organised and professional with an ability to multitask
- Strict adherence to confidentiality at all times
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
