Overview

Our management approach is customized for each client, maintaining uniform quality. The team combines site staff with a centralized administrative unit, contributing to the firm's goals and client needs. Currently, CENTERS manages services for 14 clients.
Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction for preschool, school-age, and adult students in group and private lessons.
Familiarity with American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim levels and water safety courses; effective use of course materials.
Adapt teaching methods based on participants' age, experience, and ability to meet course objectives.
Maintain order and discipline to ensure safety and a conducive learning environment.
Demonstrate skills and use teaching aids such as kickboards, diving rings, and lifejackets.
Communicate progress regularly with participants.
Attend all mandatory staff and area meetings.
Check email and intranet regularly.
Serve as a professional role model for parents, children, and colleagues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements include CPR certification; Lifeguard Training and First Aid are preferred. Experience teaching swim lessons in groups is necessary. Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Competencies
Ability to teach students at various skill levels proficiently.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Pool environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
Physical conditioning required.
