The successful candidate will be based at our branch in Dubbo, 2830.
This role requires high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for change.
Enjoy the security of a permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.Your key responsibilities will include :Communicating with customers and buyers face-to-face, via phone, and email to provide information and advice, ensuring high customer service standardsSorting and distributing incoming mail, creating purchase orders, completing employee and driver inductions, and ordering office suppliesCarrying out administrative duties related to the auction process and branch operations with high accuracy and within set timeframes, including setting up for auctions, uploading sales sheets, conducting post-sale checks, and preparing reportsSupporting internal departments to achieve their objectives and responsibilitiesABOUT YOUTo succeed in this role, you should have:Previous experience in a high-volume reception or customer service roleExceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeClear and effective communication skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsThe ability to work independently without close supervisionWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUEmployee Benefits – Earn up to 5 days' extra leave, participate in the company bonus program after a qualifying period, enjoy free on-site parking, and more
