We are seeking a data-savvy individual with experience in a similar role to join our airport team with flexibility on location in either **Brisbane or Melbourne **as **Culinary Data Support** on a **12-month fixed term** parental leave contract.
**More about this role**:
The Culinary Data Support is responsible for the building and input of culinary, manufacturing and operations data to support the ERP implementation.
**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:
- Contribute to finding and implementing efficiencies & best practices across the business.
- Anticipate potential problems and take appropriate actions to eliminate or manage their impact.
- Identify opportunities to improve the service and proposing these to the relevant stakeholder.
- Establish strong working relationships and effective communication with managers / supervisors and key stakeholders across the organization.
- Create and maintain a strong culture where all internal stakeholders are provided with relevant and accurate information, delivered in a timely manner via a user-friendly method.
- Ensure dnata catering is not exposed to unnecessary risk or costs associated with non-compliance in relation to Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety by adhering to internal procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Participating in internal security audits when required.
- Work within financial budgets.
- Carry out additional duties as may be reasonably requested by Senior Management.
**What do you need to be successful in the role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Requires knowledge and experience with the operating systems used by the company.
- Preferred tertiary and/or technical college qualifications in an appropriate discipline, with several years prior programming experience.
- The ability to provide problem solving solutions & evaluation skills.
- A keen interest in proactively identifying business efficiencies / process improvement and manage the change through to implementation.
- Stong Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- As you will be working in the Aviation Services industry, you will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check.
