Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide day-to-day administrative support to our culinary team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing reports, documentation, and updates across internal systems.
  • Distributing company communications and updates to the kitchen teams.
  • Ordering and tracking office supplies and equipment as required.
  • Maintaining high standards of organisation and clarity in all records.
  • Supporting and updating recipe management and allergen systems.
  • Liaising with chefs and the wider team to ensure recipe data is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
  • Assisting the leadership team with compliance-related tasks and ad hoc projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Organised and able to work under pressure.
  • Proactive and able to adapt to fast-moving environments.
  • Able to communicate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards.
