Job Description
Purpose of the Role
This hybrid role blends technicalleadership with Agile facilitation. You'll provide mentorship, uphold codequality, and drive delivery across a distributed development team. As ahands-on leader, you'll guide and contribute to the development of scalable,high-quality software using .NET Core, React, and Azure, while fostering Agilebest practices and cross-functional collaboration
Key Responsibilities
Leada high-performing Agile team
consisting of developers (includingsenior engineers) and QA analysts across regions
FacilitateScrum ceremonies
including daily stand-ups, sprint planning,retrospectives, and reviews to drive continuous improvement
Providetechnical leadership
on architecture, coding standards, anddevelopment best practices across the full stack
Conductcode reviews
to ensure security, performance, and maintainability
Actas a key liaison
between developers, QA, product stakeholders, andleadership—ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective delivery
Hands-On Development
Developand maintain scalable, secure backend services with
NET Core
Buildresponsive, performant frontend using
Reactjs
and modern UIpatterns
Designand evolve
microservices architecture
for modular and maintainablesystems
Manageand optimize
Azure cloud infrastructure
and services
Support
DevOps workflows
and CI/CD pipelines to improve deploymentefficiency
Researchand experiment with
AI LLMs
to introduce intelligent, innovativefeatures into the product
Selection Criteria
Leadership & AgileExperience
Provenexperience as a
Technical Lead or Senior Developer
in NET Core andReact ecosystems
Trackrecord of
leading Agile teams
and effectively facilitating Scrumceremonies
Strongunderstanding of
Git workflows
, code review processes, and softwarequality practices
Familiaritywith
CI/CD pipelines
, especially within
Azure
environments
Excellentcommunication skills, with an ability to lead teams across
differenttime zones and cultures
