We are comitted to delivering high quality dental care in a friendly envrionment. Due to growth within the practice a position has become available for an experienced Front Office Coordinator and Dental Nurse to join our practice on a full-time basis.

Heart of the Front Office Coordinator role: Patient management, greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making and confirming appointments, checking, processing and managing customer accounts. Patient care from entry to the surgery. General administration and reception duties including processing payments using Eftpos and Hicaps. Reporting as necessary on practice activities to the Practice Manager. Complying with practice potocols and infection conrtrol procedures. Corresepondence and record management. Coordination of labratory work.

What you'll bring: Experience as a dental receptionist, preferred. Exceptional communication skills. A proven track record of punctuality and reliability, ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light hearted manner. A great attitude towards team work. D4W proficiency preferred. Valid working with childrens check. Position is 36-38hrs/week over 4 days.
