**About the Role**

We have a young adult client in the **Mount Victoria** area with complex care needs and your responsibilities will include:

- Complex Personal Care assistance including **bowel & catheter care** and supporting with daily hygiene
- ** Manual handling **including using hoist transfers
- Community access and taking the client out to **fun social activities & outdoor pursuits** in the area
- Providing support in everyday activities around the home including meal assistance & domestic duties
- Morning & early evening shifts available **Monday to Friday - 7am - 10.00am & 5pm - 7pm**

**About you**

As an experienced Support Worker, you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client's needs front and centre you will have/be:

- Active & young at heart, with an **interest in the outdoors & leisure pursuits**:

- Good Manual Handing skills including experience in hoist transfers
- Skilled in **complex bowel care**, Peristeen Bowel Care Irrigation experience is a bonus
- Full **drivers license** needed with access to your own vehicle
- NDIS Clearance, Working with Children's Check, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR
- Up to date Covid 19 vaccinations including booster shot
- Minimum Cert III qualification (i.e. Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability) is essential
