Our lab grown diamonds are 100% carbon neutral, and we invest in replanting landscapes and supporting communities globally.About the position:As our Finance team grows, we're seeking a detail-driven Payroll Manager to manage the fornightly payroll process for our Australian and international entities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a values-led, fast-growing company.
We are looking for someone on a part-time basis doing 3 days a week.Key Responsibilities include:Manage payroll processing for our national and international teamsEnsure that Annual and Long Service Leave balances are correctDaily reconciliation of global sales between XERO, Adyen and our in-house built system.Daily processing of bills through the bankEnsure that payments are correctly coded through XEROMaintaining the general ledger and financial recordsEnsuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policiesWhat are we seeking?
