This role is perfect for individuals ready to take ownership of mine production activities, ensuring safe and productive practices while achieving operational targets.
Your responsibilities will include:Providing strong leadership across underground mining teamsUtilising proven knowledge and experience in high-speed developmentDriving operational planning, scheduling, and safe work executionManaging team performance, development, and behaviour to meet goalsOverseeing cost management, ensuring alignment with budgetsLeading workforce planning to maintain business continuityIf you have experience in underground production and development, have demonstrated leadership success, and are looking to take on a role that offers both responsibility and career growth, this is your opportunity.About youYou will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in underground mining, (preferably in project management), or at least 5 years of engineering experience combined with hands-on underground mining exposure (ideally at a supervisory level), as well as:Experience in high-speed development (highly desirable)Previous engineering background (advantageous)Proven leadership skills to manage teams and drive changeStrong knowledge of mining regulations and excellent cost managementA passion for safe, efficient operationsAn Underground Supervisor's Certificate of Competency, or WA First Class Mine Manager's certificate, is also a bonus
