**About the role**:
Are you an experienced technology leader looking to make a significant impact on a company's growth and innovation? Officeworks is seeking a E2E Solutions Architecture Manager to join our Strategy, Architecture, and Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for the Solution Architecture practice within our organization and facilitating the Architecture Governance forums. You will lead and manage processes, tools, resourcing, and continuous improvement initiatives, and will be responsible for inspiring the team to be customer-led in all their activity. This role will have architecture coverage for digital, data and technology architecture.

Key responsibilities include optimizing the processes and tools for architecture activities across strategic planning and program delivery, right-sizing the approach for architecture development across traditional waterfall and agile methodologies, and managing the resourcing and utilization of solution architects. You will also lead the project solution design process and ensure appropriate solution designs are delivered and implemented, and will provide architectural guidance for all initiatives impacting solutions within your domain.

**About you**:
**Work Experience**
- 10 to 12 years plus experience in IT architectural and design roles.
- Relevant industry certifications (Preferably AWS)
- Previous experience working in a similar capacity as Solutions Architecture Lead or Manager - at least 5 years of which are in senior roles
- Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture design, development, and governance - aligning solution architecture designs with the strategic architecture roadmap
- Demonstrated experience in delivering mission critical enterprise solutions
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading small to medium size teams
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of people through the business along with external suppliers

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong architecture and design experience in modern platforms and technologies
- Able to shape a range of diverse requirements into coherent and understandable strategies, architectures and change projects and programmes.
- Strong understanding of business case development including benefit identification and ability to clearly articulate the value proposition for any given project
- Excellent interpersonal communication, verbal and written skills and ability to consult, influence and negotiate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholder
- Advanced leadership and influencing skills.
- Strong management, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Ability to prepare engaging and informative presentations.
- Ability to conduct effective and productive workshops and to present to a wide range of stakeholders.
