TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage, and entertain children before school, after school, and during school holidays.
The Role - Casual EducatorThis role offers variety and flexibility Work closely with a supportive team to gain valuable experience in the OSHC space and make a real difference in children's lives.
Location: Werribee and Wyndham Vale — you'll work across multiple services, keeping each day fresh and engaging.
Shifts available:
- 7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care)
- 2:30pm–6:30pm (After School Care)
- Optional 6–8 hour shifts during school holidays
- Go on adventures: excursions, incursions & themed days
- Create, play & inspire: enjoy hands-on learning and creative activities with children aged 5–12
- Support for your family: discounted care for your own children
- Development Opportunities: We offer Director Of Service Job Ready training to help you grow in this career.
- Flexibility for Students: Have the middle of the day free to study
- Ideally has previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is not essential — we can help you develop your skills
- Passionate about working with children and seeing them thrive
- Fun, involved, a team player, and ready to jump in
- Confident communicator with children, parents, and colleagues
- Working with Children Check relevant to your state (WWCC, WWVP, Blue card, VIT)
- Cert III or Diploma in an ACECQA approved course (or working towards it) — visit for more info on approved qualifications
