Commissioning Manager
to join our team.
About the role
The Commissioning Manager role will form part of the O&M team and will report to the O&M Manager, and will be accountable for leading and managing the multi-discipline commissioning team for the successful testing and commissioning of the renewable projects.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute commissioning plans and procedures for the projects.
Lead and manage day-to-day commissioning activities, ensuring seamless execution.
Plan, resource, and coordinate commissioning efforts effectively.
Collaborate closely with Ms and the site teams for smooth handover and testing.
Drive progress through daily war room meetings and risk management strategies.
Align with project control teams to meet key milestones on time.
Foster a One-Team approach, working with clients, OEMs, and stakeholders for successful project completion.
Your skills and experience\:
A Tertiary Engineering Qualification or recognised industry equivalent is required.
Extensive experience in testing & commissioning in the Renewable or Utilities sector.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical staff.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
