**Join the team**

Reporting to the Standards & Documentation Manager, you will join a diverse team who are passionate about what they do. Through the utilisation of 2D and 3D tools, you will design & document new store formats, equipment and merchandise solutions to increase in-store sales. This is a cross-functional role across Kmart & Target giving you the opportunity to within different areas in an end-to-end role. The team is collaborative and understand the importance of working together to achieve common goals.

**What you'll be doing**

As a Store Designer / Documenter working for Kmart you will:

- Manage projects from start to finish, including taking an idea from concept, documenting any concept and architectural drawings, actioning any internal stakeholder feedback, to handover to a Property Project Manager to commence construction.
- Obtain engagement from key stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Utilise your technical expertise in architecture to deliver brand appropriate projects through the use of relevant design technology ie.CAD.

**To be successful in this role you'll have**:

- Bachelor of Architectural Design, or similar
- 5 years' experience in a similar role with an understanding of Australian Standards within the construction and/or safety industry
- Systems knowledge - Autocad, Sketch-Up, and Revit
