About Us

Little Bright Explorers is a privately owned, boutique early learning centre licensed for 50 children. Our unique and respectful approach to education and care has enabled us to develop a trusting and communicative environment where all children, families and educators feel the security of a home away from home. Our view of children is of competence and capability, and we seek to provide the highest level of education and care, supporting children to reach their full potential.

The team we have developed is like no other, both friendly and supportive in all ways, with a great culture and work ethic. Regardless of experience or qualification, all educators and support staff are treated with respect, and we expect no less.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for an qualified and experienced educator for the Nursery room and Toddler room with the capacity to follow Centre policies and show enthusiasm within our centre. This position is with an immediate start if possible.

The successful applicant should be punctual, hard working and have a passion for quality early education and care.
- Minimum of a Diploma in Children's Services, Certfication III or equivalent
- Current WWCC
- Child Protection Training (advantageous)
- A positive and nurturing approach to caring for children
- Confidence in respect practices to children
- Available to work full time up to 37.5 hours per week
