provides high-quality care to families across the Diocese of Townsville, which stretches from Ingham in the North, Proserpine in the South, Mount Isa in the West, to Palm Island in the East. We have expanded to include 6 Early Learning Centres, 9 Kindergartens, and 14 Outside School Hours Care centres.

, offers long day-care for children aged 3-5 through a Queensland Government-approved Kindergarten program. We also provide before and after school care, as well as vacation care for children attending our school and the wider community.
About the position
We are excited to invite a passionate Educator—either Diploma-qualified or working towards their qualification—to join our dynamic team. This role offers flexible shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM for casual employees, or a permanent position for 30 hours per week.

What you'll need to succeed:
Diploma (completed or in progress) in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (Education Support, studying Bachelor of Education, or similar qualifications approved under ACECQA)
Understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis, or ability to obtain before commencement
Ability to learn new systems and childcare management software
Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team environment
