What We Do.
We are a new kind of gym, a 'super-boutique', giving members complete access to a 'one-stop-shop' of fitness and wellness. Our locations are large scale, with thousands of members and up to 100 staff who are all working to help create the World's Best Gyms.

THE ROLE
We're looking for a part-time In-House Videographer who can bring our brand and storytelling to life across social, campaigns, events and internal content.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to create. You'll be on the ground, behind the camera, in the edit suite and everywhere in between, capturing the energy of One Playground and translating it into content that performs.
The role requires someone who's flexible and fast, happy to work across both UGC-style edits and more high-end, polished campaigns.
This is a part-time role based in Sydney, with the flexibility to work around key projects and events.
Your Key Responsibilities
Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
Capture content for paid and organic campaigns, both brand and performance-led
Cover key events and activations with a fast-turnaround on production.
Produce internal and external video content to support brand comms
Optimise edits for platform-specific use (aspect ratio, sound, hooks, captions)
Highly skilled in post production Animation/After Effects
Collaborate with marketing, creative and events teams to plan content capture
Apply sound design and colour grading to elevate production quality
About You
You're someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, is plugged into content trends, and knows how to balance brand aesthetic with performance thinking.
You're just as comfortable shooting in the gym as you are delivering a tight cut for a social ad campaign.

A clear understanding of production equipment, incl. what you have, what we'll need
Confidence working solo or collaboratively, across a range of production types
A flexible, proactive attitude & comfortable switching gears and managing competing priorities
Passion for fitness and wellness is a must. A portfolio that shows creative range and social-first thinking is essential.
