Due to existing and projected growth across our organisation, we are excited to bring this newly created role to market & are eager to welcome our next superstar leader to join our **Gold Coast** branch as we look to continued success into the future.

In this role you will:

- Manage your own caseload of clients, completing assessments and delivering case management services, supporting clients to return to their previous and new employment;
- Provide leadership/mentorship support to your team consisting of multidisciplinary allied health backgrounds
- Lead your team to meet individual and team targets;
- Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients;
- Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team.
- Plus, the opportunity to work from our new psychological services clinic based in Gold Coast or Ballina. Providing face to face and telehealth treatment services.

**Qualifications**
You will have
- Experience in the Vocational/Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Registered/Provisional Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Professional Registration with AHRPA, ESSA or ASORC
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;
- Excellent time management skills and high degree of organisational skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes;
- Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
- Current driver license and motor vehicle.
