Technical Platform Lead Position
This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of a cloud-based platform.
Responsible for ensuring the performance, availability and resilience of the Jemini HR and Payroll solution across Azure, SQL Server and supporting infrastructure.
Lead uptime management, performance monitoring and capacity planning to guarantee optimal system functioning.
Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code and containerized deployments.
Act as primary escalation point for critical incidents and support after-hours resolution and release activities.
Key Requirements:
10+ years in senior IT roles with a focus on operations and platform engineering.
Proven expertise across Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, enterprise networking and cloud security.
Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
Proven success in CI/CD pipeline engineering and infrastructure as code (Terraform or ARM).
Experience in 24x7 SaaS support environments and ISO/IEC 27001-compliant operations.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with HR/Payroll SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana and SQL Profiler.
Azure SQL Managed Instance knowledge.
ITIL knowledge and Microsoft certifications.
SSIS/SSRS and data integration experience.
