**Warehouse Assistant Manager**

**About the Company**
Packitle is a third party logistics (3PL) provider specialising in eCommerce retail distribution.

We currently have a new and exciting role opening at our state of the art Distribution Centre located in Keysborough, Melbourne. This will be a hands on role assisting with the daily operations of our business. The role will involve various operational duties, including office and warehouse tasks.

**About the Role**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assisting with day to day operation management
- Office administrative duties
- Client account management
- Order fulfilment
- Pick and pack
- Inventory management
- Receiving and despatching
- General warehouse duties
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent computer skills
- A desire to grow within the company
- A friendly, approachable demeanour and a positive work ethic
- An understanding of the eCommerce online retail industry
- A high motivation to succeed and perform in the workplace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**The successful applicant will possess**
- 2-5 years experience as a Warehouse Assistant Manager or similar role
- Ability to solve complex situations in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- A great eye for detail
- Experience in working in an eCommerce business or similar company
- eCommerce software experience would be desirable
