We're on the hunt for a Retail Sales Consultant who knows how to sell with heart and hustle.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be at the frontline of delivering unforgettable experiences – from welcoming tradies and renovators to inspiring first-time home stylers.Within this role, you'll be responsible for:Bringing our GREATER sales program to life, every single dayCrushing sales targets and uncovering new business opportunitiesCreating wow-worthy customer moments that lead to loyaltyBuilding strong relationships across retail and trade customersKeeping the store looking sharp, stocked, and ready to impressBecoming a product guru through hands-on training and demosWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM.
