Customer Experience Ambassador

Create a lasting impression on every customer interaction. As a Retail Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our store team, who can provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized experiences and recommending products that match our customers' needs.

  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to accurately describe features and benefits
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities - inform customers about promotions and sales
  • Maintain high standards of customer service consistently
  • Demonstrate our values in action during every customer interaction
  • Ensure store presentation aligns with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines
  • Assist, resolve or escalate customer concerns in an appropriate manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience in home/lifestyle products preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
